Understanding Your Dashboard
Your dashboard is the central hub for monitoring your AI search visibility. It provides a quick overview of how your brand performs across different AI platforms.
Key Metrics
Visibility Score
Your visibility score represents the percentage of AI responses that mention your brand when relevant prompts are queried. A higher score means your content appears more frequently in AI-generated answers.
How it’s calculated: (Number of responses mentioning your brand / Total responses) × 100
Brand Mentions
This metric shows how many times AI models have explicitly mentioned your brand name in their responses. Brand mentions indicate strong brand awareness in AI training data.
Sentiment
Sentiment measures how positively or negatively AI models discuss your brand on a scale of 0-100:
- 85-100: Very positive sentiment
- 65-84: Positive sentiment
- 40-64: Neutral sentiment
- 20-39: Negative sentiment
- 0-19: Very negative sentiment
Total Pages Cited
The total number of unique pages cited across all AI responses in your tracked prompts. This includes citations from all domains, not just yours.
Your Pages Cited
The number of your own pages that AI models have cited when responding to queries. Track this metric to see which of your content gets the most AI visibility.
